Shipping policy

UAE:

Delivery in the UAE is free of charge on all orders above AED 150.

For orders below AED 150, we will charge you a small shipping & Handelling fee of AED 20 for DUBAI and rest all EMIRATES AED 25 .

We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery and pay at delivery with wothout any extra charges on this both payments option. There are no extra fees if you use a Credit card/Debit card issues by UAE banks.

Note:- We now have an option for our UAE customers to also pay by card at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery:

You can also choose to pay by credit/debit card at your doorstep if you have opted for the "Pay at Delivery" payment method at the checkout while placing an order.
**Card machines are subject to availability so choosing the option "Pay at Delivery" does not guarantee that you will always be able to pay by card at your doorstep.
 
**Delivery time is 72hours after order confirmation.

You can pay for Cash on Delivery orders using cash at the time of delivery.

Cash on Delivery is available as a payment method for fulfilled by mybasket.ae items.

Note: Cash on Delivery fees may apply and they are non-refundable.

COD is available:
When full order amount is paid in cash.

 COD isn't available:

  • If you combine COD with Credit/Debit Card, Installments or with coupon codes.
  • If your order value exceeds 5000 AED.
  • If your order is shipping to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.
  • If you have frequent past order cancellations and delivery refusals, COD might not be available.
  • If you want to purchase an extended warranty.
  • If you have multiple items in your Cart and one of those items fall under any of the criteria listed above.

To verify your mobile number for COD payment method:

When choosing Cash on Delivery payment method your mobile number needs to be verified on mybasket.ae

After choosing Cash on Delivery as your delivery method, you will be prompted to enter a One-Time Password that will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Once done, click Continue to proceed with your order.

Note:

  • If you verify a mobile number that is already registered on a different account, that other account will be disabled.
  • For steps on changing the mobile number linked to an account, please go to the Change Your Account Settings help page.

In case you do not receive the OTP:

  • Select Resend OTP.
  • Make sure that you have entered your number correctly without any spaces. To edit, click Change.

Refund:
If you paid by cash/card on delivery, we will issue a refund to you’re my basket.ae store credits. From the my basket.ae store credits, you can either place new order or transfer the credits to your bank account. For more details you can contact us at
