Panadol Night Caplets provide effective relief from pain while helping you sleep. Each caplet contains paracetamol (500mg) for pain relief plus diphenhydramine hydrochloride (25mg), an antihistamine with sedative properties. It is indicated for temporary relief of occasional pain accompanied by sleeplessness or restlessness, such as headaches, back pain, or minor arthritis pain. Always read the label. Use only as directed. Do not use for more than a few days at a time without consulting a doctor. May cause drowsiness.
